MALLORCA WEEKLY MARKETS
There are different markets taking place daily in different towns and villages across the island. Many of the markets offer local food produce, traditional handicrafts and interesting souvenirs at bargain prices.
The Sineu market is said to be the most authentic market on the island and will provide a visitor the best experience of Majorcan shopping. If you are looking for an authentic market experience then it is advised to visit the markets that are not located in a tourist resort, as they sell less traditional products and may also be more expensive. Very famous and sought after is the Santa Maria Market every Sunday in Santa Maria del Cami.
